Our Experiential Workshops and Practice Labs are designed to meet participants where they are in their inclusive leadership readiness. The sessions are led by seasoned inclusion and equity facilitators using adult learning approaches that integrate individual reflection, small and large group discussion, and hands-on activities. Foundational intercultural, transformational change, and critical diversity frameworks are utilized to elicit dialogues and connection with others in a courageous and safe space.
